Born and raised in South Florida, Captain Vic has spent a lifetime on the water. From an early age, the ocean has been more than a passion—it’s been a way of life. He began his maritime journey in the U.S. Coast Guard at age 22 and has spent over 20 years working on boats, with the last 8 as a licensed professional captain.
With a strong background running charter catamarans throughout South Florida and the Virgin Islands, Captain Vic brings deep experience, a calm confidence, and a great sense of humor to every trip. For the past 3 years, he’s called the Virgin Islands home—sharing its beauty with guests and making every voyage one to remember.
A certified diver and true waterman, Captain Vic is "married to the sea" and loves nothing more than creating unforgettable experiences on the water with a smile and a story ready to go..
Stewardess India
Originally from the coastal city of Cape Town, South Africa, India began her yachting career in 2023. After completing two successful seasons as a stewardess aboard superyachts in the Mediterranean, she is now embracing her first season aboard a charter catamaran in the Carribbean.
India brings a bright, enthusiastic presence to every charter, combining her love for the ocean with a genuine passion for hospitality. As the sole stewardess on board, she’s committed to creating a warm and inviting environment for guests. From thoughtfully prepared cabins and signature cocktails to curating creative, imaginative tablescapes and unforgettable theme nights, India consistently adds a personal touch to every detail.
Outside of yachting, India enjoys outdoor adventures, exploring new places through travel, and expressing her creativity through music. Her artistic nature and adventurous spirit naturally shine through in her role, adding a fresh and engaging energy to the onboard experience.
Chef Kirsty
Kirsty Dove brings her youthful energy and culinary expertise to every journey. At just 29 years old, she has already established herself as a chef of remarkable talent and creativity.
Having honed her skills in renowned establishments such as Red Room, Chef Warehouse, and Tintswalo, Kirsty blends fine dining techniques with a passion for innovation in the galley.
Kirsty holds a formal Culinary Arts Diploma accredited by City and Guilds, a testament to her dedication to mastering her craft. Her qualifications, combined with years of experience, ensure she delivers exceptional dining experiences tailored to your preferences.
Cooking for others is Kirsty’s true passion, and she takes pride in crafting personalized dishes that transform every meal into a memorable event.
